Working with In4mation Insights

by Sergiy Nesterko on September 30th, 2010

Starting in the summer of 2010 I have been fortunate to work on several projects with a leading market research firm In4mation Insights, based in Needham Heights MA.

My job function has led me to work closely with the firm’s partners Steve Cohen and Mark Garratt, who have both been an example of impeccable professionalism and wit, and also with some other members of the team – Mark Irwin, Sanjib Mohanty and Ryan Hickey who are all quite sharp. During the first few months, I have been involved in core activities of project execution for several clients:

  1. A large consumer packaged goods company. Optimization algorithms framework design and implementation for improving efficiency of marketing campaigns and resource allocation. Very exciting work, optimizing over a large discrete space with varying degree of complexity, providing several solutions along complexity/speed optimal trade-off curve.
  2. A large consumer packaged company. Joined a team on an ongoing project to analyze beer brands similarities in Poland, Colombia and Russia. My role was to optimize existing algorithms and make the project deadline. All work delivered on time.
  3. Other projects that may not be disclosed due to confidentiality issues.

I am excited to have worked on such high impact projects, and look forward to more.

This post respects privacy of my work with In4mation Insights and respective clients.
